REPORT CONTENT YOU BELIEVE IS ILLEGAL

Email [email protected] and include:

1. Where it is — the handle on the stone, and what it says or what you
   saw.
2. Why you believe it is illegal.
3. Your name and email address. Not required if your report concerns a
criminal offence against someone's life or safety.
4. A line confirming you believe in good faith that your report is
   accurate and complete.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We confirm we received it. We decide in a timely, careful, non-arbitrary
and objective way, normally within 10 working days. We tell you what we
decided and why, whether or not anything was removed, and whether
automated tools were involved. If we believe someone's life or safety is
at risk, we inform the police or another competent authority.

IF YOU DISAGREE WITH A DECISION

Whether your content was removed or your report was refused, reply within
30 days to [email protected] and a person will review it again. You may also
use an out-of-court dispute settlement body, complain to
the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), the Dutch Digital Services Coordinator, or go to court.

REMOVE MY OWN RECORD

Email [email protected] with your handle and, if you have it, your record id.
We remove it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

AGAINST THE RULES, BUT NOT ILLEGAL

Same address: [email protected]. Tell us the handle and what is wrong. The
rules are clause 4 of the Terms.

POINT OF CONTACT

[email protected] is our single point of contact for users and for
authorities under articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act.
We read English and Dutch.

IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS

This is a game, not a help service, and nobody reads submissions in real
time. In the EU, call 112. In the Netherlands, call 113 or 0800-0113.
